Chemical Peels
We also still love chemical peels! These should not be confused with the types of chemical peels performed by our aestheticians. Routine, typical peels by aestheticians are used to exfoliate the skin. The chemical peels performed by physicians are deeper and can be fully ablative (removing the entire surface of the skin) when desired. We use TCA (trichloroacetic acid) in varying strengths and phenol. TCA peels can be very beneficial for fine lines around the eyes.
